Introducing the new Inspections tab

The new Inspections tab gives clients a centralized place to view all created inspections, including details about tires, issues, and accessories. This feature makes it easier to review inspection results, track vehicle conditions, and access relevant information in one convenient location.

Where to find It

From the main page, at the left-hand navigation menu. You can find the new Inspections tab alongside the existing options: Create a Movement, Movements, and Yard. Click "Inspections" to access the list of created inspections.

What information can be found under Inspections?

The Inspections tab is divided into three sections:

1. Issues

View issues reported during movements, including lights, tires, mud flaps, expired documentation, and other problems. Each issue displays its current status: Open or Closed.

2. Tires

View tire brands recorded during a movement and check whether the tires passed inspection.

3. Accessories

View accessories recorded during a movement, including items such as tarps and ratchet straps. See item quantities, photos, and whether items are registered in inventory. You can also mark when no accessories are present to distinguish an empty load from a missed inspection.
