Generating an interchange report is crucial for efficient yard management. This report contains a detailed description about the condition of trucks and trailers or other equipment within a yard as well as of the external condition of a container at the time of transfer of responsibility from one party to another. Follow these steps to be able to generate your own reports.
Step 1
Navigate to app.gatego.io
Enter your login credentials
Click "Sign In"
Step 2
On the main dashboard, locate the location pin icon or tab labeled “Yard.”
Click on it to access the yard inventory.
Step 3
Within the 'Yard' section, you will find all the trucks and trailers currently inside the yard along with the information registered at check in.
Identify the specific asset for which you want to generate the interchange report and click on the arrow icon.
Click the option labeled “Generate Interchange Report” to get a printable document (good for internal operations) or click "copy movement link" to get a sharable link to view the document (good for external contacts).
